Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Evaluates re-development and Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) options for the Company’s real estate portfolio
  • Perform underwriting, due diligence and financial analyses of any development or AEI works to Company’s real estate portfolio
  • Build financial models to price real estate assets, derive investment returns (IRR) and sensitivity analysis for acquisitions, divestments and real estate development projects
  • Work closely with project managers and lead engagements with independent contractors, third party consultants to manage any project development work
  • Prepare investor reports/memorandum, investor presentations, financial reports to the investor committee
  • Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Company’s portfolio, as well as the quarterly re-forecasting processes, monthly tracking of variances and the key performance indicators


Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 4 – 8 years of experience with real estate funds or brokerage / financial institutions/ developer/ financial advisory firms, particularly in corporate finance/ fund raising/ investments
  • Background or exposure in project development is preferred
  • Strong financial modelling, research, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and diligent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Team player, with a positive and pleasant personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Knowledge of MRI is an advantage
