Our latest concept will bring an elevated and iconic new lifestyle destination to the Clarke Quay landscape.
Respectfully conserved, re-purposed and designed by globally renowned Singaporean architecture firm WOHA Architects.
A meticulous restoration of the heritage façade with a contemporary addition of a rear extension to house an iconic 44-room hotel.
It also boasts beautifully curated public spaces to rest, work, work-out or play in – featuring a volumetrically dramatic Lobby Lounge which turns up the heat from day to night, a Secret Garden, and a roof-top pool / lounge area with incredible city views.
Serve up your tasty concept here.
This bold new development has 2 available F&B spaces (level 1) to serve up something fresh to guests and local patrons. We’re looking for innovative, entrepreneurial partners that will add extra flavour to this hospitality concept.
Rich in history
Our beautiful corner-poised shophouse has a rich and soulful past – its original use a Remittance House (Chye Hua Seng Wee Kee), established in 1936.
Remittances were not simply money transfers, they were emotional connections and ties to home for the first generation of Singapore immigrants. The sending of money was an act of love and the remittances were a combination of letters home and gifts.
We believe our house was, and still is, a symbol of hopes and dreams, of love and fortune.
