55 Keong Saik Road

55 Keong Saik Road is a contiguous row of 10 adjoining freehold conservation shophouses in Chinatown. The space formerly occupied by the Naumi Liora has been transformed into an integrated lifestyle development, anchored by a 60 Key – boutique accommodation concept that is launching soon. The Guild an F&B concept by Hong Kong’s iconic craft beer curators, Young Master Brewery was the first tenant to occupy the groundfloor units, with a Spanish tapas concept to follow. A Cocktail bar concept that featured in ‘Asia Top 50 bars 2018’ has also committed to one of the units.
