8M Collaborations
Partnering with artists such as Chris Chai, Ripple Root and Tobyato, our buildings’ facades provide canvases for Singapore’s local talent. Our murals in Amoy Street and Tanjong Pagar Road have become iconic defining features of their neighbourhoods and is our way of honouring the past while creating vibrant, culturally relevant and meaningful experiences for tenants and visitors alike.

Community Engagements
Our passion for creating an inclusive and thriving social environment is evident in our active involvement within the local community. Some of our initiatives include serving at elderly care facilities, food distribution for marginalised families, fundraising for migrant workers as well as engaging with chronically ill children.
Our inaugural community activation, Arts in the Alley, transformed the heart of Tanjong Pagar into a vibrant hub of art, heritage, and shared experiences. Held over a weekend in August 2025 and graced by Mr Foo Cexiang, Member of Parliament for Tanjong Pagar GRC, the event welcomed more than 350 visitors in celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday. Together, we raised over $30,000 for Community Chest Singapore. While the event has ended, our fundraising campaign continues until 31 December 2025. Ensuring a Sustainable Future
We are dedicated to addressing environmental challenges. Sustainability remains a core part of our operations from design to construction, as we continuously rethink our approach to reducing energy, waste, and water usage while exploring renewable energy projects.
To exceed tenant expectations and enhance cost savings, we implement Energy Conservation Measures, such as sub-metering and smart air conditioning. We are investing in a proprietary platform to collect tenant data, improve baseline metrics, set targets, and initiate reporting. This lays the foundation to support our ongoing sustainability efforts, enabling us to continually evaluate and improve property efficiencies.
