Born out of a passion for the rejuvenation and reintegration of Singapore’s iconic shophouses into the evolving city-scape.

Over the past six years we have seen rapid growth, gaining significant expertise in the shophouse sector
and today we own an impressive portfolio of heritage assets.

We continue to diversify our acquisition strategy with the investment in conservation property remaining at the heart of our business.

Our key decision-making process is a considered one, with conservation of real estate at its core.

The first element we consider is location, be it an established locale we are already invested in, or a growth area. Secondly is the condition of the property itself and the potential to refurbish or re-position. And thirdly is the impact we can make to the community surrounding the property.

Assets are judged upon their fit to our long term vision and so we focus on the end user and tenant community, and the demand that’s generated from the property and location.
