Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support leasing team on marketing, tenant sourcing, attending to leasing emails, enquiries for spaces and viewings.
  • Market casual leasing spaces and advertising opportunities to maximise income. Collaborate with asset and property management teams on management of casual leasing and advertising spaces.
  • Prepare necessary marketing collaterals for upcoming vacancies and update listings of available spaces on appropriate online channels
  • Assist leasing team on lease administration process including conducting tenant due diligence, preparation of lease agreements, lease documentation and handover process
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of leasing reports and tenancy schedules
  • Coordinate with Property Management team on handovers to tenants
  • Conduct market research on leasing rates and trends and update the leasing prospecting file and database.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on leasing performance.
  • All other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management/Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or any related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders
